Iraq War Counter-Argument Help! (What Are The Possibility that can Happen To Iraq When US Soldiers Leave?)?

For my English Essay I have to write a Persuasive Essay About 2 Pages Long and I Have Chosen a topic about the withdrawal of The Soldiers of Iraq in 16 Months Time.
I have written about 4 paragraphs of why this should happen but for the 2nd last section I have to write a COUNTER-ARGUMENT and then beat it.
Can you Help me?
I was thinking about what are the possibility's that can happen to Iraq once the US soldiers leave Iraq. and if does something happen, what is a solution to bring Iraq back to neutral?

the argument is that muslims would do nothing but kill each other if the united states was not there doing it for them. This is a racist prioposition similar to the racist proposition made by jackie chan recently who said chinese should not have freedom as they would go abouit and do bad things if allowed. However the same right wing people who hate China will say the Chinese should be "free" to do as they wish regardless of laws or how they may hurt other people. the establishment makes the same argument about Iraq saying without the US military to control them Iraq would be chaos. however if some cold war mongers think the Chinese should be free must also accept that Iraq should be free as well.
No evil dictator brought Iraq to the stone age, Baghdad was the 2nd largest, wealthiest and powerful city in the middle east behind Mecca. why do you think it was such a juicy target. they had suburbs under Saddam which is unheard of outside the US. They had modern conveniences, electricity, water systems and all the rest before the invasion. After the bombing these services are barely functioning now if at all. So if Iraq is in the stone age it is hardly any evil dictators fault unless you count GW. |

Well you can have the Iraqi government not be ready to take over, anothe revil dictator come and take the country back to the stone age again,
Then you would have US forces go back because it would be a threat to the world society. |
