Is Fort Benning only for Infatry MOS's?

Ft Benning is the home of the Infantry and it is where the 3rd ID and the Infantry Training Center is - there other units there as well but primarily it si for the Infantry.

I'm going to assume you meant: Are there other MOS's trained at Ft Benning?...

It's where the Infantry OSUT and several other Infantry schools are, but there are other MOS's trained there in their Initial Entry Training as well. I know when I went through Infantry School, there were other soldiers going through their Basic Combat Training there that were not Infantry.
