Yes. It's a good and very dangerous job in theatre (war), be prepared for deployments, a longer schedule than average military members, practically no weekends. Great training and possible transition to civilian sector. |

No it is not, because the men will try to "punk" you and not take you serious. Although if you can get it to were you mainly are patrolling women's barracks, or other women's facilities go for it! It could end up being great! |

It's fine. Just like almost any other job in the military, you have to work with immature guys (not all of them) who might make rude jokes or comments towards you so prepare for it. Seriously, it's not a big deal. As a matter of fact you'll more than likely be a GATE GUARD if you're deployed. The military are pulling the MP's away from street patrolling and focusing their mission on the FOB's. |
