Not turboprop,

Current technology means the low observable aircraft need to be designed in a certain style, B2 is very flat, no tail, F22 has no external payload etc. It is designed so RADAR signals only bounce back from very small sections of the aircraft.

Because of this a Turboprop would cause a lot of problems, it needs to be wing mounted and the prop needs to be of a certain shape to work generate thrust. This large engine with its props will show up as a very large dot on any radar screen.
