Yes, though it can be quite rare. There are only two people, I believe, who have ever received the Victoria Cross twice.

Yes. On British gallantry awards this is denoted by a silver rosette, placed centrally, on the medal ribbon. When the medal is being worn this is denoted by a silver clasp, the exception is the VC when the clasp is a bronze colour.

Yes, there have been cases of a person being awarded the VC twice. What this means is they have a bar on their original VC - thus they become Private A.N.Other VC & Bar.

Yes of course as well as Victoria Cross etc. You don't get another medal, but a bar to wear above the medal which tells others that you have been awarded that medal twice. So you can say, he has a Victoria cross and bar.

Yes. On your uniform, you'll have one cross and one band or something to symbolize more than one.
You might get two crosses as a display, but only one goes on the uniform.

Yes you can. Depending on the award you will have clusters, or knots like the good conduct to signify the number you have been awarded. They also change color after a significant amount of awards i.e. bronze etc.

for example, in the Navy you can get Navy Achievement medal many times, the Good Conduct Medal, Expeditionary medal, etc etc..
