yes..the pollygraph test picks up on nervous vibes in the body. It can tell by body temperature, heartbeat, and breathing rates. If you remain as calm as possible it is possible to beat one. The lies are picked up especially when the tested isnt aware of the questions to be asked and shows a nervous response. |

Yes. Polygraph tests are not 100% accurate. They work by measuing heart beat, level of sweating, and things like that. Some people can beat it, some people cant. |

yep, but a person has to have a lot of control-over there mind and emotions. It's been proven, but not likely to ever happen-those machines aren't always accurate, and depends on the individual that interprets the results. |

You have about a 10 % chance of confusing a lie detector but that goes both ways it could think a honest answer is a lie or vise versa. Only people who are essencially perfect at it are pathological liars ussually with some sociopathic tendancies because they themselves cant differentiate between the truth and a lie. |

you never HAVE to take a polygraph test in your life unless you are applying for police type jobs. but if that is the job you want, you will not be able to pass while lying unless you are a member of the green baret or the navy seals, or unless you are from the movie 'equilibrium.' |
