Is it true that US hides aliens?What do you say about it?

The American government has tried extremely hard to ensure that no one finds out more than they should know about Area 51, and things like that. Top secret weaponry and technology, and contact with possible aliens from who knows where are the most common ideas people have said about Area 51, and odds are, they are true. If all they were doing behind the electric fences of the dusty desert headquarters was developing outstanding technology then why is it so important to the government that no one steps a foot too close to Area 51? A man who worked there even anonymously contacted a paranormal investigator and told him that yes, Area 51 does have alien evidence, UFOs, etc. He also said they even made contact with an alien, with proof on video. It's on Youtube somewhere. I watched it, and was very surprised. But the real issue here is, why is the rest of the world not allowed to know the amazing secrets of alien life forms? Does America deserve to know, or is there a much more complex reason on why this mysterious wonder should be hidden from America for good?

I wouldn't say that they "hide aliens" exactly. But many believe that the events of Roswell involved alien life and led to some of our most technological advancements. Take a look at Roswell on Wikipedia.org or, if you can get your hands on a copy of the book "The Day after Roswell", it tells the story of a man that worked for nasa and revealed the hidden events of Roswell.

Really if you are old enough to spell aliens you are old enough to know that there is no limit to how low some people in this world will go. Our gov thinks that we the people couldn't handle the truth whatever it may be. I think what they really fear is that if there are aliens people that want off this rock would line up and start asking for rides to the nearest inhabitable planet and leave this mud-ball to those that already own it. (i.e. politicians and their financial backers world wide)

As much as we would all love to believe that "we are not alone", this is just on the border line of crazy talk. I do believe that the government hides things from the common populace, but not extra terrestrials. Now keep in mind that this comes from both a major Star Trek and Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan! As much as I would love to believe in all this, we simply have no evidence. Man, I miss the days when I was a believer lol.

i don't know for sure but i doubt it all though i believe in other worldly beings i doubt they made it to earth the chances of an earth like situation were the planet can support life is 1 in 23 billion according to scientists so chances are there is other worldly life but not for light years hundreds of them
