Military conflict has always been the result of greed or one group/nation taking from, threatening or offending another. Will these things always be part of life? Yes!
Leaders of nations or groups always take from others and try and build more for themselves or their nation/group. Most often they do it at the expense of others. So, to defend against that, war is necessary! |

It is an inevitable consequence of the failure of all other means of negotiation between uncrompomising parties. It has hapened before, it happens now and it will happen in the future. If the UNO was worth its salt it would require ALL member states to teach conflict resolution in school during the formative years. This would hopefully keep military conflict to a minnimum, but it will always be with us. Hiding our head in sand only makes matters worse. |
