Well yeah, everybody is vulnerable to this kind of attacks. I live in Lithuania, which has also suffered from a minor Russian hackers attack.
It's only a way to threaten smaller nations. No need to attach lots of meaning to it, to my mind. Let them bark as long as they don't bite. |

I'm sure we are however, the main difference between UK and anywhere else is what is best described as forward planning. The UK never loses sight of who the enemy is or might be, thus, in spite of what you may have heard about muddle and twaddle etc., UK is actually prepared for just about everything - including WW2 I might add, just playiny for time. I know this because a mate of mine, who's now gone, was working flat out with thousands of others making Spitfires down a disused tube tunnel here in London - yeah, it's all true and that was in 1938 a year ahead of the game.
But, don't just take my word on it.
