i usually prefer the AK series ex.:Dragunov.wat i mean by AK series is dat dere are AK shotguns,rifles,assault rifles ect..based on the mechenizm of the russian AK-47 but it originally acually came from the germans i think.a russian tank pilot:kalshnikov stole a german stg.44 or something examined it and made the Ak-47 wich can survive in mud,rain,dirt,sand,water ect...nowadays the russian army develpot AK-108s as the latest model of AK-47.as for snipers i would prefer the last model of dragonov wich is extremely deadly if the first was...

Best ranges are coming from the M107 .50 cal...coupled with its API round capablilites makes it accurate and deadly out to 2000 meters, with a working range extended out to 3800 meters. Not only reserved to personel, its orginal use was for eliminating military equipment.
Up close and personel, below 1000 yards, I would go with the 7.62 x 51 round found in various rifle configs.
Between the two you'll find your .338 mag.
AK47 is a excellent infantry rifle, cheap to manuf, simple in its design, however accuracy I would be suspect of, not many long range comps have AK's listed.
The Russian Elites are not to be sneezed at, but I would hold many Worldwide Elite Military groups as good , with better training and equipped with much better weapons. |
