Is the marine PLC option only for Reserve Officers?

I would like to join the Marines throught the PLC option. However, I would not like to be a Reserve Officer but a full time Marine.

ETA - you may be thinking of the fact that 2nd Lt's commissions are in the USMC reserves even though they are active duty. Not sure why this is - when I was looking at my husband's commission I told the OSO he had made a mistake but he said that's the way it is. I believe they ordinarily get changed over when getting promoted to 1st Lt but a certain number get meritoriously augmented based on their lineal standing at The Basic School.
