Yes. Eat better. You should be dumping as often as you're eating. Try to go at least twice a day if not once. Sit down, do your business, and get out. Don't daydream. Don't spank. Don't read. Just handle business and get out.
Before you know it, it will become habit.

The key is waiting until you absolutely have to ****. Until it's pushing out, then that 1st log should come right out and probably be followed be a 2nd log. For you to be on the toilet for 10 mins you usually have to be waiting for the rest to come out. Don't wait for that. Get the 2 logs out and then get up. Your stomach won't feel pressure after the first 2. |
