Is this now the standard issue camouflage for British troops in Afghanistan?

I saw this: http://www.royalnavy.mod.uk/upload/img/NN10003363.jpg (40 Commando, Royal Marines).

That multi-cam type camouflage, different from the desert one used previously, is that now a standard issued uniform or is it only used by the Royal Marines, or in certain terrains, etc...? I see the packs they're wearing still use the regular desert style, which made me think they might be phasing that out.
