Korea??? Incentive Tour or Republic of Korea Tour?

Im requesting to be stationed in Korea but whats the difference between these two options there located on the Assignment satisfaction key located on AKO

DOOM

Incentive means you're volunteering off the bat to be there for two years instead of one. You can also make that decision after you get to Korea. Republic of Korea just means you're going to Korea for a year.

An incentive tour is a longer tour in korea with family.
