MEPS question about skin condition?

I have some red dry skin spots on the sides of my torso and backs of my arms a little bit. They've never itched or cracked or done anything weird it's just a cosmetic thing really so I've never gone to the doctor about it.

I'm going to MEPS soon for the Marines and I'm worried that this is going to be a problem even though everything else is fine.

Does anyone know or have experience with this?

Made it through MEPS with a brief discussion but no waiver required so no real hassle.

I saw one guy get something similar pointed out on his back, but nothing ever came of it. Just check it on the sheet they give you and say nothing has ever come of it and you'll be set..........
