Military wives who live overseas, please help!!!!!?

im moving to Europe with my husband who is in the Air Force...he has been living there for almost a year now with out me b/c iv been finishing school.
in August we are starting my command sponsorship, and i have a few questions for people who have done this already.
im really quite nervous about everthing!!

Questions!!
how long will it take if i start the process in the beginning of August 2009?
will i have to get a doctors check up, such as shots...ect?
what all do i need?
what should i expect?
and do i have to get my name changed on my old passport before i can move over there?..or can that be done later.
can i move to Europe before the command sponsorship is done?

if you have any other info for me please tel me know..or any website that i can look at to get a better idea of what to expect.

it can easily take six months or longer to get CS. If you are done with school in August you may want to start the process sooner.
you will need to pass an overseas screening which includes, at minimum a pap smear less than six months old, a dental check up and being up to date on immunizations. Germany doesn't ordinarily have extra shot requirements. you also need a No Fee passport which takes about a month and does NOT get issued until after everything else is approved. in fact you won't actually get it until no more than week before you fly over.

if you move BEFORE he gets permission you will NOT be reimbursed for the flight over nor will they pay to ship your belongings. if he went over on Unaccompanied orders he will need to extend there for at least a total of three years before he can request CS for you. if he has less than a year left before he is due to PCS they will NOT grant you CS.

Usually that spot is too tiny to have both power and accuracy at the same time (either the blow is extremely strong but way off target or bull's eye but with almost no impact)....
