Must i have both of my parents signatures to enlist with the navy at 17? or just one of my parents?

I am a member of the U.S. navel sea cadets. when i enlist will i get that rank right away? or will i get it after boot camp?

Unless you can prove one is deceased, you need both signatures. You get the rank upon completion of boot camp.
