was told he has to stay on the tech school base for 4 weeks. He graduates on June 19 and I was wondering since he cant leave, if I can go down there and visit him 4th of July weekend? Can he have vistors at tech school?

You should be able to visit him, but you cannot stay in his room. You would have to rent a hotel room if staying the whole weekend |

It depends on what branch, training and base where his training takes place. You should talk to him about it and see what he says. I know some allow soldiers to have weekends off, or certain free times during the day etc. |
