In reading your question, you already have your answer. His Mom told you point blank that he is playing both of you. Boot camp is a busy time for him and he does not have much time to talk or write. But, I truly believe you know the answer with all that evidence. Good luck.

In consideration of all the other questions you've posed to us here in YA land about this relationship and how you've handled it, I say he made a good choice.

You were obviously more concerned with yourself and open about your displeasure that he joined the military. You expected him to write you when you did not write him. You complained that he wrote his parents 2 letters even though he had written you 4.

I may have been as patient as he was with you, but that's only because I don't know if he had to get all this information from you or his parents and how quickly he came to the realization that you were going to continually pull him down with your demands that you get 100% of his attention, despite his parents and the military.

mabe he is just freinds with the other girl just because he is writing her doesnt mean he is cheating on you go to his graduation they are probly just good freinds that happens sometimes after break ups he says he has your picturs up and loves you if you truly love him back you wouldnt get so jealous of it and you would grow up a bit

he knows you both are going to be there during his graduation and your his girlfreind now he wouldnt have invited her if he was doing someting he wasnt suposed to be doing do you actually have proff that he is writing her mabe the ex is trying to get you riled up over it you never know be mature about this

Now, if he was getting physical with the ex before he shipped to basic, then wait for him to return so you can humiliate him.

A lot of things are going on in basic training that make it hard on a person. He might just be sending her letters saying "Hey, what's up?" or whatever just trying to get her to write back. He would do this because reading mail is the only good thing about basic sometimes.

Wait until he returns from basic so you can get the truth out of him. If he did cheat on you, send him packing. Even better, date someone from his home unit!

He's young, he's a a guy, he like every single other person between 15 and 25 think they know what love is, where in actuality they haven't the faintest clue of how there tampering with ithers hearts, like others he's self centered, it's all about him, and he doesn't have emough life experience yet to understand for himself what the heck he's doing. Don't get all bent out of shape, let it go, everyone heals, everyone goes on and finds someone else, and down the road, you'll look back and say "what was I thinking, boy where we kids". Just give things time, plenty of time, don't get angry, that only hurts you, not him. when I went to Boot camp at 18 I wouldn't let my girl friend go a da ywithout calling, and wrote all the time, I "knew" it was ment to be, I got married to her, and then she left a year later, seems she was sleeping with an old boy friend while I was worshipping every word she said or card she sent, I wish I had just let things go, I could see the signs, but I refused to listen or pay them any mind. now almost 30 years later I laugh at what i thought wa my life ending when she left, I was just a kid, and so was she, and we had no Idea what twe were getting into. It happens all the time, and very few listen to anyone when they hear the word wait, it seems to make them more impatient and desperate for some reason.

I am sorry your going through this.. its really up to you on what you decide to do, noone can make up your mind as to stay with him or left him go...

Always remember his family is just that his family meaning that he is their son no matter how much they say they like/love you that is there son, if he is doing this now what will he do when he gets to AIT or even in his unit.
As a mother of a 6 yr old son I would hurt my son if he played other females, I am a woman and he has 2 sisters , I am trying to raise a MAN.

I say go to College do something for yourself while he is away training you never know you may find you dont need or want him after all.

its hard enough to be in a happy relationship when two people are apart but when things start to go bad i would just let it go. you are still young and its not an ideal situtation to begin with so if its not going good move on

Take his mom's word for it and haul a$$. If he got that much time in"boot camp" that he can waste it on all the extra writing for two girlfriends he aint worth a crap no how. There' better things to do.

Sounds like you need to end it. Just write to him and tell him how hurt and betrayed you feel and let him know it was great but you deserve better. Thank him for the lessons he taught you about loyalty and honesty and wish him the best. NO man is worth it.

He's a player, it's a street term for someone who has no loyalty or integrity. You should drop him and don't let him talk you out of it, he'll do this perhaps his whole life unless something turns him around somehow, but that's unlikely.
