if he is seeing a shrink, then no you acted right. that can be a sign of things to come. it might be cool for the ones who gave me 3 thumbs down, but, killing animals at early age is a sign of aggressive behavior tendencies. this collates later in life for some into other mental problems with violence. before you give advise, ensure you are thinking about the wellfare of the person asking the question. sometimes this is the only time they will ever ask for help
