My new neighbor is from North Vietnam so can he go with me as a guest to the VFW for a cold beer?

He immigrated to the USA in 1996. Works at a GM plant. Admitted he served in the North Vietnam army and killed Americans. But he was just following orders.

What's the policy of the VFW regarding guests of members? They might not be too crazy about his NVA background, though, so watch your step.
