i am a freshman in high school and i want to go into the USMC..through the NROTC...i need some info...what do you pay in college?how do i sign up? what do i do? basically...is it still basic training, mountain training, ocs, tbs, then mos as the courses ill take? etc..please need help

first off you have plenty of time. You won't be getting your ROTC application together until the second half of your Jr year.
Since ROTC Scholarships are difficult to get, not impossible, just very competitive, I suggest that you apply for all of the ROTC Programs at the same time. This way, if you get selected for more than one program, you have the choice of which one you want.
I also suggest that you highly consider a Math/Science major over a Administrative/Business degree. Most scholarships are given out to the Math/Science area.
Yes, you can partake in the ROTC programs without scholarship. You have a good chance of picking up either a 3 or 2 year scholarship if you are in the program already without a scholarship. You would need to be selected to continue on in your final 2 years.
Just do your best in school, good grades, keep out of trouble, get yourself involved (as a leader / captain if possible). If your school has a JROTC program or if there is one nearby, see about getting involved in that.
Although you might really want the Marines, it would be a real honor for anyone to be an officer in any of the branches.
