Does anyone know how long after you enlisted you get discharged if you have not shipped for basic yet? Also, would that kind of discharge prevent somebody from reenlisting? Thanks

Talk to your recruiter. There is obviously a reason for not being shipped to boot camp. An RE-4 re-enlistment code will prevent going into any military service in the future. |

You should speak to your recruiter about your first question. Only he/she will have the correct answer, because they have your file and know what your actual status is. |
