What kind of physical training should i prep myself before i join the navy... im 21 years old. 150 lbs. and can swim.

60 push ups 60 sit ups 1 1/2 in 12 minutes i dont know where those other numbers came from

Run a mile and half in 11 minutes, do 80 sit ups in under 2 minutes, 50 push ups in under 2 minutes and some pull ups.
