Need more info on Navy/Marine FMS?

Please tell me more about this rate. I have turned up emptied handed on every search I have conducted on the internet. I will be enlisting under the Navy but to my understanding I will be with the Marines if I choose this rate. Please clarify if you can. Thanks you. If you do not have anything positive to say then keep your comments to yourself. I you do post your negative attitude; I will report you.
Additional Details
My main rate, if chosen, will be as a corpsman. My recruiter mentioned that I could also do FMS while still being under a corpsman rating.

The only navy enlisted personnel I know who serve with marines on a routine basis are medical corpsmen. Some corpsmen out of A school are assigned to marine corps units, go through special training for that purpose and deploy with their Marine unit. During the height of Iraq almost every corpsman was trained for such deployment, and often pulled from other duties to deploy even though they were not primarily assigned to a Marine Corps unit.

Depending on your job, you will or wont be stationed with Marines. By brother entered the Navy and now is a corpsman, he went through both Marines and Navy basic training, and fights like a marine until anyone gets injured. The Navy is over the Marines branch.
