I have about a mnt n a half to lose this to join the navy. What kind of exercises should i do??

lots of cardio (running, swimming, or biking) and a NO CARB diet. the diet is the most important though. you have to be very strict on yourself. Eat ONLY meat, vegetables, and eggs, limited dairy. NO fruit NO carbs NO SUGAR!!!
