Nervous about weighing in at MEPS?

I'm really nervous about my meps visit. I will be going in a month to meps for the air force. Currently I am only about 4 pounds over the required limit. Now I have already lost about 20 poundsbut these last 4 pounds just don't wanna come off. I know the doctors at meps pretty much try there hardest to disqualify you and i odn't want that to happen to me. I know the if someone is over the required weight limit that they do a measurement with a tape to figure out body fat. And for the air force 20% body fat is the limit and i believe that i am probably like 24% body fat.

I am just really nervous about my meps visit, but its only because of my weight. I have been working my but off by running 2 miles 6 days a week along with an extensive abdominal workout all while wearing 4 layers of clothes. And i only intake about 1000 calories a day. Please help me! I just don't know how to lose the rest of this weight,and i don't wanna rely on my body fat percentage to pass me. It would be nice for some input because then it would calm me down a bit

Up your calorie intake to 1200. The reason why you are not loosing weight in because you have put your body into starvation mode. What this means is that it is holding onto every little thing you put in your mouth. It will also hold onto all calories because it thinks that it isn't going to get any food for a while. Try what I suggested. I had to drop a massive amount of weight for the Navy and whenever I dropped my calorie intake below 1200 I stopped loosing.
