Prince Harry is doing what he"s been trained to do+wanted to do.Also he is with the Gurkhas who are one of our top regiments.Heaven help anyone who takes a pop at him or them. Please leave him alone to do his dutyalong with the rest of the troops. The mod will now probably will bring him home,HE should tell them to bugger off.As i said he"s doing what he is trained to do.

No harry is all man and good luck to him I say bet he threw a right stop when told he could not so that was a smoke screen.
Anyone serving out there deserves a pat on the back and all our support bloody scary place.

He joined the armed forces therefore it is irrelevant what all these bleeding hearts think, he should be wherever his regiment are sent, I think this is the same for all people who join the armed forces willingly.

I give Prince Harry props. Hell I give anyone who goes props. He gets my support in the future.

The White Rose
I think any head of state or important official who wants a war should go out and fight it himself. Good for morale and all that, and does put your money where your mouth is.

Far more honorable than sneaky George hiding behind his desk and thinking up new ways to torment American citizens.

I don't think so. Serving or not, I am sure he is fairly well protected. Besides, it would do him a spot of good to be in a rough patch.

Opinion from the U.S. here....I feel Prince Harry is an awful lot like his Mum, not a huge fan of how the royals choose to live. He seems to have a bit of rebel in him. I admire him for wanting to go with his fellow soldiers instead of staying home. I am worried for his well being & safety. That would be quite a prize for those people to end his life. I give him support & prayers just as I do for anyone who is over there in that God forsaken place.

Yes C - we should worry just as much about him as Our Others Boys serving his Nan and Country. And I hope they ALL come back safely !

mickstocks2
It's a good thing that he has been serving. If his presence on the line puts his men in additional jeopardy then he should return however.

Why can't the press just keep shtuumm occasionally? Get the headline and stuff the consequences.

DIXIE
The military intelligence corps is really really doing a bad job for allowing this to leak out, Osama Bin Laden is going to do everything possible to have Harry's head on a plate.

royalty or not he is still a soldier, he is doing his job

but the media just seems to be concerned on Harry's health not all the other thousands of soldiers out there

Its not something you can hide. Even if you wanted to get him you'd need to find where he is then get by everyone else first.

I'm not going to have sleepless night because of him.

lazybird2006
good for him, shame it's out now and he his being brought home.

Heather
I seriously doubt that they will put Prince Harry in any harm. They probably got him in a tent at a computer with a 100 soldiers around him to make sure that he doesn't get hurt.

Small Pebble
Worry about what, your average English person doesn't like the royal family anyway. I suppose he's doing more than just waving so that's a plus.

He wanted to be on the front line and now he is, so he's got what he wanted. If he dies it should be treated like any other soldier dying, but it won't be.

God country...on the News tonight...they make it sound like he's taking on the Taliban single handed....what about all the other poor sods out there.....
