Question about the army and a rehabilitation transfer?

i think it's called a rehabilitation transfer. I can't remember. My
husband said he put in a request. If his request is accepted how soon will we have to move?

I'm not sure if I should start packing the things we don't use now just in case and start selling some of the furniture or do nothing.

for some reason most my friends who had the military move them from here they wouldnt take most of the furniture, plus once we get there I wanted to get a couple new things anyway

Never heard of that type of transfer but anyhow I would just wait for now. If by chance it does get approved he will still have to clear out of his current unit etc. You will have plenty of time.

I have never heard of this. The only thing I can think of with this is that your husband is going to drug/alcohol rehab. I could be WAY off though. Ask your hubby for a bit more info.

If you are somehow PCSing then why would you sell of things or pack. If you choose the military will pack and move your things for you.
