Recruiters: Do I need to disclose an undiagnosed condition that went away on its own?

I had some symptoms of a hernia. Went to the doc, where he examined me and determined I did not have a hernia. The symptoms went away, do I need to disclose this for MEPS?

Nope. You would be disclosing something that a doctor determined you didn't have. That'd be like me thinking I had some symptoms of cancer and finding out from the dr. I didn't have cancer, and then telling MEPS I thought I had cancer. Don't make this harder than it is. I'm pretty sure you're going to find some way to get yourself disqualified by over thinking the process.
