Royal Marines are better than than the US Navy Seal's and some say the SBS are better than the SAS. Well in a fire fight between the SAS and Navy Seals I think the SAS will win because they have far more tactical training than the Navy Seals while the Seal rely on firepower shoot scoot while the SAS takes the fight to the enemy. |

The British Special Boat Service (SBS) have more in common with the US Navy Seals than the Special Air Service (SAS).
I also agree with Anagram Lacking in that Chuck Norris could be an important factor.
As for who would win, I am British so it would have to be SAS. |

Apparently the Royal Marines are the Navy seal equivelent. The SBS are in a league way above any maritime special force in the world.
As for who'd win, the SAS, because Americans would kill each other in friendly fire. |

Your "if" is mighty loud. . . they will never ever have a direct conflict because the countries they serve are very close allies. Keep in mind that they share training techniques and technology, being such good friends. |

if it was sas hero paddy mayne, he would win single handedly. He's dead now so that aint gonna happen. There is no way to really compare as it's unlikely either will fight each other, they may do war games but that isn't really a true test. The SAS are the original special forces |

For you british people who are so wrapped up in your precious SAS and SBS saying you train the MOST DEADLIEST WARRIORS known???? I say BS. I have researched your SBS and SAS, if the SAS were told to take a dip they would drown, if the SBS were told to go off of the coast, they would get lost. The SAS and SBS stick to only one area. SBS Water, SAS Land. My dad was a Navy SEAL. So i know what im talking about when it comes to Special Forces. Do you know why the SEALs are called SEALs in the first place??? It stands for SEa Air Land. Almost every big time OP Your boys were put on, the SEALs had to baby sit them. And by the way, SEALs train SEALs....No one else. Who got Bin Ladin? Who rescued that captain from the pirates??? Sure that was US drama not britain, but Bin Ladin was the top most wanted man IN THE WORLD. Where was SAS? Where was the SBS?? Have you researched the long process and ridiculously painful training you go through just to get close to being a SEAL?? There is a week in that training process called ?Hell Week?, look it up. I bet your boys go through nothing like that. The SEALs would eat SAS for breakfast. Not that it would matter because of the whole alley deal. I just thought id point out the truth for the people who just wont admit that there NOT better than every one else. |
