Ok im SWAT an Do u guys HAVE a very hard time sleeping at night..I cant sleep at all...I thnk its my job stressing me out idk. But i wanted to know if im the only one who works on a force similar to that b/c im so annoyed tat i cant sleep when i could be called in anytime!!

Yeah, I used to have sleeping troubles, I even went on ambien for awhile, it helps, but i didn't like taking it, really screwed with my dreams. I still have my nights, but I'm pretty much back on my regular schedule. Its weird, I actually slept pretty good downrange though, even when the blackhawks were running. |

First time in Iraq I had a hard time, and I think it was the stress.

I am not any of these, but maybe you should talk to someone, because if you are not sleeping, you may be putting yourself and others at risk.....but at least you realize you have an issue and are willing to seek help with it |
