Just how does an adult send his adult children anywhere? This might surprise you, but children aren't the personal property of their parents.
I served 22 years in the navy. Not once, not a single time, did the military need to get my mother's permission to send me anyplace. You see, I enlisted all by myself. That's why it's called al all volunteer military. |

They set a better example snorting coke and jetsetting around the world's fashion centers. Hey, that kind of background got their Dad the presidency!
It does make one wonder why Dad can't convince them to join his cause.... |

I'm pretty sure they have minds of their own. They are free to enlist, as is everyone else. |

If they want to enlist in the armed forces my guess is that they'd go to Iraq just like everyone else.
We have an all volunteer armed forces. |

no. if they want to go to iraq, they should enlist. i'm sure if we still had a draft that they wouldn't be drafted (were it to include women this time) and if they were...they wouldn't have to serve if they didn't want to. |

As the great decider, why would he do that?
I think he's a family man--"wouldn't be prudent"... |

Why? have they been drafted? Oooops, that can't be it. Volunteer Army and all that.
So, have they volunteered to serve in the military? Not to my knowledge.
So, why would he send a pair of party girls to Iraq? They're not professional warriors, nor are they ambassadors, or negotiators, or . . . they don't work for Halliburton, or any of the defense contractors . . .
So, why would he send them to Iraq? What possible justification is there for this ridiculous ad-hominem attack? |

This is the best question on yahoo answers yet.
Yes, he should, but of course.... he wont.
He might know then how parents feel when they send their children to a war.... Instead, he keeps on sitting on his millions and lying.... |
