Should I enlist in the Navy after college if my boyfriend is in the Coast Guard?

So here is my situation: I've been thinking about joining the military for a while now. I'm a junior psychology major and I've heard that it is very difficult to find a good entry level position without further schooling. My problem is that I dont know what I want to concentrate in in grad school yet, and an even bigger problem is my debt. I will owe $100K + in loans when I graduate so im in no position to continue with school after I get my degree, or to sit around and wait months for a good job offer. I heard that the military gives the option of going to officer candidate school to people with a bachelor degree, which is what initially got me interested in the idea of joining the military. I was thinking of enlisting for a four year term, and during those four years I will pay back my loans, develop more of an understanding of what career path I want to pursue (what to study in grad school), and then use the GI Bill for graduate school while serving my last 4 years in the inactive reserves.
BUT MY BIGGEST PROBLEM IS: my boyfriend of 6 years is going to join the Coast Guard, so I had just planned on joining with him so we could be stationed near each other. This was until I really looked into it and found that they didn't have any jobs that interested me, and they didn't have a loan repayment programs like the other branches. I found that the Navy has jobs that I like and they also have a loan repayment program which would really help a lot.

I wanted to know if anyone knew if the law to not separate spouses applied to separate branches of the military or just to married couples in the same branch? (we're planning on getting married in the near future)

I also wanted to get any opinions on my schooling situation, if they wouldn't station us together is there another option for paying back my debt (keep in mind this isn't the only reason im joining)

2 separate services with 2 separate missions,so you will most likely be S.O.L.

If you enlist in a different service,

You will not be stationed together.

It is as simple as that.

Your have Coast guard bases and Navy bases.

They are not at the same locations.

No, Coast Guardsman are just Navy rejects, if you join the Navy you'll look like the real deal while he looks second class.
