antisocial untermenschen that bring their children up to thieve and scrounge welfare from a system they neither pay into or abide by.
the loony left have also given them status as ethnic minorities which means they are immune from the law and get every type of assistance thats unavailable to everyone else.

No, I think if you are from Ireland, the U.S., Spain, China, or anywhere else, you should have to follow the laws of the country you are in. If you don't like the laws, don't go to those countries.

If they are happy to go about their business that would ne fine but they don't. They rip poeple off and then dissappear. They get away withouit paying ang contibution to the system and then expect full care when they need it

It might be wise to refine your questions as americans and others think this questions refers to irish tourists or immigrants as opposed to the Traveller community in Ireland. And to answer your question, no one should be above or outside the law of the land, even if their culture is different.

i'm from ireland, and nobody messes with the travellers. you'll see why from the link i pasted in the bottom paragraph. they dish out their own justice to their own. they tore a local bar of mine apart with a chainsaw just to get one fella. apart from that they are no different from anyone else. treat them with respect you'll get the same back
