Retired Army, been to Iraq three times. I have to laugh when liberals use the term "Our Troops."
It's an all volunteer force now. As if a liberal has ever served, know somebody who has served, or even talked to somebody that has served.
Why not be honest and admit it, you hate the military and would rather see the US as a Socialist, pacifist country...

After we win... yes. And it is our fight, if you had been paying attention you would know why. One may disagree with the execution of the battles but there are, in fact, valid reasons for being there. |

why did we feel the need to try to kill Saddam, maybe the same reason we wanted to kill Adolf Hitler. why would we want to stop someone from killing thousands and thousands of innocent people? if you can answer those questions... you can answer yours. think about it man. most Iraqi people are glad we are there. put yourself in their shoes! |

Best President Ever!!!

Funny, even the Democratic Presidential candidates disagree with your opinion. |

Once the troops have done their job they will be withdrawn.
Does anyone have any idea what the troops job actually is?
To be honest, I don't think anyone does. And until that is known, noone can be sure whether they have done it, so they wont be brought out... |

Nice bait, fortunately most people have the common sense not to answer such an uneducated question. |

I don't think they should've gone there in the first place but to pull out now would be a bad idea.
I think the coalition needs to finish what it started. |

As a proud military spouse, I shall say this though I don't want to ever see my husband go back to Iraq, its not as simple as bring everyone home now! We have to finish what we started because if we don't we'll only have to go back in a few years later. Everyone consintrates on the negatives no one ever mentions the positive things that have gone on. THere are people there that were under harsh rule that are now free from a tirant. We are helping them build back up their own Army and their land, installing technology that will be benificial to their future welfair. Also we shouldn't forget the ones we help may be able to offer us help one day when we might need it. |

Yes, and send them into the so-called no-go areas in the UK with orders to kick the sh1t out of these feckers. |

Bring them home. We've removed Saddam, now the entire mid east is sending their murderers to Iraq to kill our soldiers. We need to leave. |
|

Question

bring them home alive! |

We went for WMD. They didn't exist so it was "get Saddam" as a consolation prize.
We got Saddam - now we have to pay the price. |

straight away.......i couldn't give a dam what happens to Iraq. millions of them were slaughtered under the tyrant we removed. and yet they have quickly forgotten that and blame us for everything. lets get out of there and leave the middle east to the cave dwellers that own it. i personally think they will go on slaughtering each other for another 3000 years. and if we dont wake up soon and expel the fools from our! country, they will drag us down too. |

Yes, but I feel so sorry for the families of the many lost soldiers and angry at the government is sending them to the deaths based on lies, I hope people responsible within the government for this tragedy will get their punishment in time. |

tim is full of BS........hitler.......did we arm hitler? was he ever our ally? did germany have oil?
the region is rich with the single most important element to the US economy. bush thought he could send a small force into iraq, and secure our energy needs for decades.......he was wrong, very wrong on many levels.
iraqis have been butchering one another for centuries.....and theyll keep do so, even if it means US troops get in the way. |
