Should we prosecute George W. Bush and his War Team for the illegal war and mass killings in Iraq?

The president of the US has the constitutional right to use the military any way he wants so you are insane. Even the lame UN agreed with the war so where you get the illegal war crap is beyond belief. I have a brother and two nephews who served in Iraq that would like to take up the discussion with you in the alley. What do you know of sacrifice honor and duty?

no its not an illegal since he had the right to use our army and come the war was brought on because you really dont know what iraq could have been planing something or helping other countries that house terrorists so i think the war was necessary.

Military personel make the choice to join and serve our country, if the war was "illegal" as you call it or whatever do you think that all of these young men would still go or not say something!!!

I just returned a few months ago from Iraq and I lost a few good buddies over there this time and the last itme i was over there. I really dont totally blame bush for their deaths or for anything else because i feel like the american public was behind him in the begining and now that things are not working out so well people are starting to drift to a side that makes their consious feel better. we made the decision as a nation to back the war in the begining, and now that were losing it we need to make a decision to accept it as a nation.

if i was president i would have you hippies lined up and shot. bush is not waging an illegal war it was approved by congress. he was doing this to defend the country. he was defending it because iraq had WMD's in the form of chemical and biological weapons which if used properly could wipe out the US completely (if you were a terrorist, which since you are a hippie you are supporters of them, what would you choose, 100 dollars for a vial of a disesase that you could infect some of your guys with and wipe out the US and get away with it because they could think its natural or 100,000,000 for a 1 megaton nuclear device that will only destroy one city and surronding region and be blamed for it which means large scale retaliation and destruction of your homeland?). we've lost only 4000 men 5 years in while in WW2 we lost like 5 times this amount 5 years in. and holding iraq and afghanistan means iran cant expand into iraq and from there invade israel. i just thought of this instead invading iraq, we could of sent all you democrats to see what was happening first hand as slaves to hussein then when we invade we take you back then gas you with the chemical weapons hussein was developing, that is much better then just shooting you stupid commie liberal hippies, now go smoke some pot and protest a dead soldiers funeral or something.

he hasn't lied at all. and, whenever there was a F***d up operation in Iraq that we failed, he was the first to apologize and take the blame for it, not hide it. and, there's a chance that if we didn't start the war in iraq, then the fight might have been taken to the streets of the U.S.

its too late now. back in 2003 we voted Bush as the greatest living American.

illegal or not, he did what our country needed to be done. he told us, we were facing the greatest energy crisis. a shortage of food and other resources is the result of such overpopulation.

personally i want us to get the trade contracts out of central asia and not china. that region is rich in energy we need. that is the reality. its not nice but its what it is.
