Spot on - I took retirement in late November 06 and have eaten ten reindeer and a couple of dozen pigs during the Christmas and New Year wild thing.
I've taken to walking everywhere and now do about 3 miles a day. Okay, so it's not much but it's a start.
The trick with food, according to a skinny friend of mine, is only to think about food when you are eating it.

No, I already spent too much time on the computer. Some of the question here probably do have an effect on my blood pressure. I used to get upset at the repeated asking of the same question (still do) but it probably actually helps me spend less time in this section because I just ignore those (with some exceptions). |
