It is sad that this happened. But this kind of stuff happens hundreds of times a day in our own backyard. Most of the men and women over there do great and wonderful things everyday all day.
I bet you have not seen the story of the military member who grew to love a stray abused dog in Iraq and instead of leaving the dog to die alone and miserable he has spent MONTHS going through red tape and has so far spent over $6,000 of his own money to have the dog sent here to the US and trained properly by a professional dog trainer (a friend of his) an is going to take this dog into his own home and give him a family.
No people don't hear about great heartwarming things like that that go on everyday there. People focus on the bad and refuse to show our troops in a good light. |

Yes, I saw the video and it was horrible.
I think it's great that so many people have felt so sorry for the poor little puppy.
Now, if we could get more people to be just as concerned about the 3,000 unborn babies who get murdered in America every day, we'll be getting somewhere.

I think we care because the puppy is cute.. Imagine if it was something else like a lizard or something along that nature; do you think we would care as much??

Pretty sure its fake. Here are my reasons why:
1) legs dont dangle when lifted
2) doesnt squeal when being held by its neck/neck skin
3) squeal when being thrown, sound does not fade enough
4) the way its flying doesnt seem regular |

everyone on here has. we ahve seen it a hundred thousand times. every other question is about this dog, and the answers are clearly visabel for you to see. but here it is again. the dog was either already dead, or these marines are stupid becuase they have thier faces on the internet and WILL be delt with by the corps. its either fake, or they are going down. yes its messed up and either way its sick. |

The dog WAS real, it died in mid air because its spine was snapped.
And, the dog would have squealed if it knew it was in some kind of pain, or danger. |

i was shocked to see a marine do this and sorry becuase they are our protectors and i know this is one incident in a millinon. that guy is sick and should be taken into custody and i am sure when they guys saw this he was ordered to jail take care. |

It looks like a Marine -- note the lack of shoulder sleeve insignia.
It's pretty repulsive, but Marines can be like that. Do you know they used to make non-Marine wounded wait for medivac transport until all Marine corpses were moved? The priority was Marine wounded, Marine dead, non-Marine wounded.
Cruelty is easy when you think you are better then everyone else. So I guess that cruelty to animals just comes easily. |

I dont condone such behaviour but why such a global fuss. Many innocent and defenceless iraq's are dying (in a war made all lie's) and this is shrugged off which sickens me.
In an animal view, How many animals are killed in the wild such as tigers and leapords for fur and elephants for their tusks. Where is the global discussion here !!!!! |

Don't assume anyone wearing cammo is a marine. That is wrong. Anyone can wear that. There are a lot of posers out there. So watch how you point the finger indirectly at people. Anyone who would do something like this would not be welcome in the military. Our military are respectful, honest, upstanding people. |

What many people here in America don't know is that our ever adapting enemy of Iraqi insurgents have been using PBIEDs (Puppy Borne Improvised Explosive Devices) for nearly a year already.
He probably saved many U.S lives by having a keen eye to spot this terrorist K-9 and disposed of the problem
