Talking to a Marine recruiter for the first time tomarrow?

You may feel pressure. The best thing to do is to go in prepared. Make a list of questions you might have, and make sure they get answered. All recruiters are highly trained. With that being said, don't get hypnotized/overwhelmed by sales tactics. Even though you may be sold on joining the Marine Corps, it may be a good idea to sit-down with each service to see which one is right for you.

No, you shouldn't be nervous, this is almost like a job interview where YOU get to ask the questions. So long as you're qualified the recruiter wants you to join his branch so he gets his quota ect. Dont feel pressured by the recruiter either, ig you'd rather join the Army, then head right on next door and do so.

There isn't a lot to be nervous about when talking to a recruiter.
The first day of training is a different story.
The recruiter is going to find out who you are and tell you a lot about the marine corp.
That way you will have an idea if that is something you might be interested in. You don't have to join right away however sometimes they pressure you because they want to recruit you so they can keep their job. I will say that a recruiter won't tell you everything. There are some important things to be aware of in the military.
If you want more info you can e-mail but I can't give you the info from a marine corp standpoint. Make sure you tell them you want to think about it. I took two weeks and don't regret my decision.

There will likely be pressure for you to join if they think you're an ideal candidate. If this is what you want to do, that can be a positive thing. But I advise you to not believe every single thing they say; make sure you do some research about joining yourself.

Don't be nervous. This is ur choice. Ask questions, voice concerns & desires, & listen with an open mind.

There will be pressure, but not "You're a loser if you don't join!!" kind of pressure. It's positive, like "Listen...we want to know what your priorities in life are. What is important to you? This is how we'll know if you're Marine material."
