Are you asking if you can go off to basic with your friend, to be his cheerleader?? Not unless you enlist with him.
Being away from your family and friends for those 9 weeks is supposed to be part of the training process, so no, you can't hang out around his barracks while he's there.
If your asking if 21 is old enough for military training.... well there's some 40 year olds who aren't mature, but 18 just happens to be the magic number that the government decided everyone should start acting like grownups and make a life for themselves. 18... or 17 if your parents will sign for you |
