You are thinking about becoming a recruiter, as in taking a recruiting billet for a tour or changing rates/MOS?
Recruiting is very stressful, not only on the active duty member, but the family a well. Be prepared to work beyond 9-5, recruiters go in early, stay late, and chase any lead they can find. Many uninformed active duty members expect the recruiting billet to be a cake walk, it is not.
Right now people are walking in to the offices, that will not always he case.
You can be extremely successful, but on the opposite side you can fail horribly. |

my input is you have experience in the miltary just try to help the new recruits i think it could be fullfilling although i didnt know what i was getting into |
