Coming from Oklahoma, I would have to say he was neither. He was a member of an American Militant Group that is anti America. He was mad because of the situation with David Koresh.
You don't know much about what happened in Oklahoma. I will try to excuse your ignorance . He used enough explosives and mixture of fertilizer etc to blow the building up 3 times. Ask the people who were in the building if they think there was enough explosives.
