To Any/All Military Families/Veterans!?

Wondering if any of you have friends, family, or yourself in the marines. Do they/you like it? Regret it?

my aunt and uncle and brother are all in the marines. they love it. all of them have done at least 2 tours in iraq and Afghanistan. my brother got a purple heart his last tour. they all tell me that its dangerous but they are glad they joined for our country.

No family in the Marines but I'm in the Army and I love it. Regardless of what you choose thank you for thinking to choose your country, I wish more people did.

My son served in the Marines and i think that he is a better man for it. DEVIL DOGS have really got it.

i have a friend in the marines as an aerial gunner and he loves it

i have a friend in the marines. there are lots of pros and cons to joining. this is a HUGE commitment. really consider why you would want to join. if you do realize that it will be one of the most important and life changing things you ever do.
