Ok so my 6 months are over from discharge of Army how can I re-enlist?here's the rub... I got a re4 please no rude answers

The Guard and reserve used to be the only branch that would take an RE-4 but I saw that they are only taking RE1-3. Not sure why you got the RE-4 but your only hope is to appeal it - they usually don't change them. |

You can't get back in unless you can get an upgrade proving the military is at fault for giving you the wrong discharge.
Prior service with RE1 and no medical waivers are having a hard time coming back in. |

Nope you can not get back in with a re4. No military branch will take you with an re4. |
