I think that your forgetting that the majority of suicide bombers in Iraq are feorigners who spilled into Iraq after the collapse of the country in 2003.

Jeeez, everyone forgets the IRA, and how glorious it wa to put nail bombs in cars etc, THe Uk have delt with wit before and it made everyone stronger here, alhtough wasnt the US feeling sorry and helping the IRA, and more ironically didnt the CIA fund the taliban to fight the russians with us money, then they good screwed and hey presto everything comes full circle. Its a nasty mess, and I would love to get all these fantatics who say that this country is rubbish but it's nice to have a welfare state, healthcare soft justice system. Their beliefs suit them for thier purpose when it needs to be, I say that anyone found doing anything that is against the contry they live in should be thrown out with their families never to come back as in the end of the day that would be following their own ilsamic laws and that wouldnt suit them would it!!!!!

Nope, I wouldn't. But if our country was invaded I would be willing to fight for it, and probably die, but I'd take plenty of them out first. And aren't you forgetting something key? Iraqi suicide bombers have killed far more Iraqis than Americans or Brits. It seems a little bit pointless to me.

Americans don't do suicide bombings, at least not REAL Americans. The way to win a war is not by doing idiotic things like that. Our job is to make the others die for their country.

The UK and USA already have plans should invasion happen. They're called WMD- and we've got all types.

Suicide bombings these days show a lack of strategic imagination on the part of our enemies, and for that reason we should probably appreciate the fact that this, and not a more nefarious tactic is being used.

The calibre of bombers and their bombs has decreased as time has gone on so that half today kill only themselves.

FYI the vast majority of 'suicide bombers' in the sandbox are foreigners. Even Iraqis thinks it's dumb, and it's really saying something if they think something is dumb.

Seems to me, I'd do better firing at an enemy, better chance of getting your target, and living to do the same another day.

I don't want to see a war on our soil, but I would fight if the need arose.

And to the lamp-head that said "Americans are always saying they'd die for their freedoms," you better believe it dude! But not in the cowardly fashion of blowing yourself up. It'd be Cowboys and Terrorists . . .

Its not inconcievable, its just that this generation is totally out of touch with the true nature of war. In WW1, Britain sent thousands of young men on what were effectively suicide missions
