USMC Intel MOS school?

I'm so confused about where I'm supposed to be heading after boot camp and MCT! I leave May 11th for Parris Island, then whenever I graduate depends on when I leave for MCT I'm guessing. I'm going into the Intel field and I have a few questions...

Can anybody give me some more information on my job skill? I've done some pretty thorough research but I'd like to see if anyone has anything else to say. The contract says my program code is DD; program desecription is Intelligence/Signals Intel/Ground Elec Warfare.

How long does the school usually take? (disregarding the time it takes to "class up")

And my last question is; will I be able to drive my car to my MOS school? Because if I can't, and the school is going to take quite a while, then I'm thinking about just getting rid of it.

What is your MOS? Once you get that figured out, the best place to go is your recruiter and ask about your MOS school that you will be attending after boot and MCT.

SIGINT is an awesome field. I heard that only the brightest Marines can become SIGINT Marines. You must have done very well on the ASVAB.

I am an officer candidate. I head back to Quantico, VA for PLC Seniors @ OCS. Officers are more constrained in their choice of MOS, but I'm considering intel or infantry as my MOS. Good luck

I have read online somewhere that they have a secure area for you to lock up your car. which was recommended to keep your stuff locked up in. you might want to look into that i am not sure on all the stipulations of this. hope that helped some.
