I want to no wat was the reason for USA to go to war with Germany and Started World War 2. I need an answar for this becouse its been 3 weeks so pls help.

Germany broke the treaty of versilles by building up their military.
Then they gained a bunch of allies and started taking over europe.
America had allies in europe so they joined the war.
