I spoke to 2 recruiters, one said 15 creds and one said 16 creds. And they could be any type of courses right?

Andy is not answering to what you are actually asking. You are trying to turn your tier 2 into a tier 1. Last I knew it was 15 college credits, and there was nothing stating what those credits had to be in.

If you want to go enlisted you don't need any college.
For officer you need a four year degree or JROTC in high school. After JROTC people could be accepted into the Naval Academy. However, straight officers need a four year degree.
