the issue is child support and his daughter is being kept from him by his ex wife for 4 months now...fort worth texas, he is diagnosed with severe PTSD and anxiety..email for questions...he can not afford an attorney...PLEASE anyone out there know where we can turn too ???

My 2 suggestions would be to:

1. Go to the closest Veterans Affairs office.
2. Post this question in the Law category and maybe someone can help there.
